"Been a two hour ordeal with this terrible pharmacy. They never had my sons script sent over from day before. Finally had the office send it over for the 2nd time..was told in a half hour it would be ready. I come back and they only have 'half' of the prescription. They said they would have to order more. Not sure why I wasn't initially told that. I have never heard in my life of getting only half of your script then coming back for the other half once they order more for the week."
"This store is the slowest people I know , half the time drive-thru is not even open, they're slow as hell they tell you a certain time to come by and pick up a prescription you go by and it's not ready yet ,am on pain meds am 70 years old got arthritis bad knees leg pain I get the 28 refill for my pain med ,and then they tell me it's 30 day refill ,they don't know what the hecks going on ,going back to CVS Walgreens stinks!not professionals at all."
"Spent over an hour in the drive thru on three separate occasions to pick up prescriptions. Counter inside is closed due to "staffing issues." It's funny how they somehow have enough people to keep their vaccine appointments open and on time... If I didn't have to get my mom's prescriptions here I would have already transferred all the prescriptions over. 15-30 minutes per car is unacceptable. If they are truly having this much of an issue they should move their vaccine appointments to other pharmacies and reach out to corporate to either get help or see if they can move some prescriptions to other nearby pharmacies to help ease the burden. This has been like this since early November 2021."
