"Tell me something...why can’t someone stand in the shop and simply change out a coil? No harm in that whatsoever. Although, I guess if you’re the manager and have no life, so instead you watch the cameras on a Saturday night, it could present a problem somehow. I go to shops all over the country and this is the first time this has happened. I made a purchase, and I can’t even change a coil. Lame. Next time, make an appearance and ask me not to do that in person instead of having one of your employees do it. They were pretty uncomfortable with it. But, being the type of person I am, I cleaned my mess up and left. Happy?"
