"The guard shack Karen was so unprofessional and stupid. Maybe she hates people darker than her. But stupid because I gave her my bols to check in. Then she want me to open the doors up. Once she sees the seal she asks me to stop and then say” why didn’t you tell me it was delivery?” Who the hell checks in with bols for pu???!!! Then proceeds to tell me to get out of the way as other drivers needs to be check in. I was the only one. So I called her a racist Karen. Stopped her in her tracks. I checked in with receiving afterwards. Very nice lady there. And we’re actually quick. 8 am appt. Out by 0830. But once I checked out the Karen all of the sudden was very professional. Guess me telling her I was gonna report her change her mind. Yes I did a reverse Karen on her. Very funny afterwards."

"Way to slow to unload ! I'm the only truck in docks and been here 2 hours now and haven't been touched ! Got here 30 min before appointment time .. very sad !"

"Came 45 prior to apt. It took them 2.5 hours to load us. No bad not good. Everybody was polite, the guard and checking in lady. The only crazy guy at the lot was that who moves the trailers. He was rushing and seemed like he wants to get in the accident, injured and wait for insurance payments for years and years."

"Been here multiple times and i can't complain..only thing i can complain is that hour before your appointment especially if you have an early appointment traffic can be rough.. one hour late its ok they understand won't make you reschedule like other places so don't rush if your a few minutes late lets get here safe. other than that receiving very friendly can't say much about workers since we can't go into warehouse... one of the best coco cola warehouses i been too."
