"Wish I could give them zero. The guy at checkout was totally incompetent, wouldn’t accept my insurance card and said I needed some magical prescription card. Mind you we get prescriptions filled there regularly. We needed this antibiotic and didn’t get it because no one trained this guy how to enter insurance info I guess. Finally got a hold of a nice lady, and low and behold she put our insurance information in and now we can pick it up. Well too late because they closed 5 minutes later and my daughters fever is raging and she’s in major pain. Will switch pharmacies in the morning."

"If I could rate them zero I would. They have 2 employees in particular that are extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be transferring my entire family to a different pharmacy. The bad customer service is continuous, if it was once I would not write a review but they honestly are terrbile and don't care about you."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible heartless employees not all of them but 2 in particular. I had Covid and needed my asthma medication and it said drive through closed… so i stood there knocking at the window and they ignored me…but i didn’t want to get anyone sick she said come inside finally when she turned around and said to come inside and when I got to the door she locked it and said they were closing. She told me i’ll have to get it delivered and walked off. Nasty people. Anyways i look at delivery times and it says 2-3 days. Not to mention they always try to tell my insurance doesn’t cover my medicine and every month i have to pull up my payment history and argue with them. Brighton walgreens is worth the drive! Smart, kindhearted employees!!!"

"The staff at this pharmacy are awful. They do not answer phones. I waited on hold 2 separate times for a combined 2 hours to never have them answer. When I went to the drive thru window to try to got my meds that were called in a full 36 hours prior, there was a sign that said no pharmacist available even though the hours posted that they were open. Do not use this pharmacy!"

"Feels like every time I have to get a prescription filled it’s like pulling teeth to get it the same day or I get excuses saying they don’t have it etc when in fact I’ve heard the pharmacist in the back say they had it. Terrible service, never answer the phone. They would rather lose peoples business then to fill peoples prescriptions on time. Heard numerous times people take their prescriptions elsewhere because of how bad the service is etc."
