"It doesn't matter if it's a one time script or regular monthly medications, it's always an issue of some sort and they never communicate issues with me. This has nothing to do with the recent pandemic, it's been the same issue for many years. Poor performance, unacceptable customer service, nonexistent communication, and plenty of excuses."
