"Twice they changed my insurance info, so they could get paid for the vaccine. Twice they didn't change it back. Twice I had to call my insurance, and twice they had to call the pharmacy direct, to fill my script. So, that staff is either incompotent, criminal, or deliberately harassing me. Why change my info for the vaccine? Sounds shady. This store has always been poorly managed and staffed. I'll use a different pharmacy from here out."
