"Marti is an absolute gem! So sweet and makes the visit a bit brighter. They did take longer than expected to get a time sensitive prescription, but were able to work with me to get enough of it while I had to wait. Such a better experience than my previous pharmacy, I'm glad I switched."

"Terrible service. They are overworked, understaffed, get tied up trying to provide vax services instead of dealing with the insurance companies so meds can get approved. Long lines, and don't answer the phone.They also do not accept good Rx for pain medications (their policy) while all other pharmacy's do. We will be moving all our Rx to another pharmacy"

"Terrible service, rude cashier. Waited in line over 15 minutes, no apology, continues to put my scripts under the wrong name after I have complained about it multiple times. They would not fill my script because they told my old insurance I had new insurance before my new insurance was even active and wanted me to just pay cash and try to get a refund later instead of just running the old insurance. Seems like a possible scam. I transferred to the meijer pharmacy."

"If you have state insurance and wish to pay cash for a name brand prescription, you should definitely use a different pharmacy. They will not allow you to pay cash and bypass the insurance even though this is your right under state and federal law to request. They are just a big corporation who looks after their own pocket and does not care who they hurt in the process. Unfortunately most companies like this are that way. This is why local mom and pop, individually owned places are the only way to go. If I could leave zero stars I would."
