"The new staff is incredibly rude and difficult. I went to return a few items like I end up doing from Amazon about once a month, and a woman went through every item and wanted me to open items, and prove I didn't have whole foods return tabs.....even after seeing 2 of the 5 were for UPS (they ALL were) she still proceeded to "need to check each one prior to ensure im at the right store".....I have been using this store for years as it's right next to my house and usually very quick and convenient with helpful staff. Save yourself from being treated like an illiterate idiot and go anywhere else to do your returns."

"Bob is the worst ! He needs to retire !! He has no customer service at all . He told me I would have to pay for a package to send my item back when that’s not the option I choose from Amazon . He stated it’s policy that all items must be sealed but the lady behind me that wanted to return mouthwash did not have a package and they gave her one and did it for her a no charge. The small necklace I had in the box and the photo of them putting the lady’s mouth wash in the plastic they told me they couldn’t do is in the photos .i recorded him and will send it to corporate !I hope he finds retirement he is a mean cranky old man ."

"I shop a lot with Amazon and love it that the UPS store is so close to home for returns. This store is usually busy but they do move quickly to take care of customers."

"I drop off ready-to-ship packages frequently. Giving them a 5 star rating because, A) I've never had any issues, and B) My wait time in line is often attributed to those working having to explain, usually repeatedly, that they charge for packaging services and/or materials, BUT you (the customer) are more than welcome to bring the package back ready to ship for no additional charge - and usually the explain this with the patience of a saint. In my experiences there, you have to be trying to get aggravated to come on here and leave a negative review, but that's just my 2 cents as the guy often waiting in line for my turn."

"Ron the owner and Mary the manager are THE BEST! Super friendly and reliable service. They package your items top notch if you need them to pack your stuff for you, so they don't break while shipping. I'm taking bone china, paintings, etc."
