"DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK IF YOU ARE DISABLED ! So, I opened an acct years ago with my daughter with me. I was very clear just an acct with no fees no bells and whistles... There are something's I can't explain but I was very clear... I have a brain injury and that is why my daughter was with me. Fast forward to today I had my acct reviewed , they opened the acct as a money market acct and I was being charged 25.00 or more a month in fees. This was so not acceptable. I set this up and explained circumstances athey fully took advantage of me and my account! I HAVE TOLD EVERYBODY NEVER USE THIS BANK! THEY ARE DISHONEST... I HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT KEYBANK IN DUNDEE THAT HAS BEEN OPENED LONGER AND THEY ARE GREAT GO THERE !"
"ATM took my deposit and crashed. Customer service is completely automated and a hassle to deal with. Took me 10 minutes to get my card out of the machine after it crashed. If I don't get this resolved soon I may switch banks."
