"As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted. After assisting another customer I was helped promptly. The employee that helped me was great about changing my address into the system with my new address and then getting my package shipped to my mom giving me all the options of how fast I could get it to her. He was very helpful!"

"I have been coming here for YEARS and for the most part the customer service is quick and efficient. However…staffing is A MAJOR ISSUE only RECENTLY and when there’s 14 people waiting and only ONE worker assisting I not only feel BAD for him but almost as if it would be better if I just WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE to avoid overwhelming him and not standing in the line out the door for 15-20 minutes. That’s the only downside. I really hope you guys get more people. I felt SO BAD for the poor guy working today 8/27 at around 12:30. He was doing his best but CLEARLY overwhelmed. He shouldn’t be overworked like that. Pay your employees more and maybe MORE PEOPLE would show up to help. It’s SAD."

"I wanted to warn anyone who's dropping off "FREE RETURNS" to this store. If your shipping labels do not scan, this store will charge you to reprint labels. Even though the tracking numbers can be keyed i, this store won't do it. If your items are not packaged, this store will charge for packaging even when the return instructions say items do not need packaging. So BE AWARE!!! Response to store comment- My cousin works for UPS & when he comes across a tracking barcode that does not scan he has to key it into the scanner. This is also the process for USPS. SO I am not incorrect or spreading rumors or lies. YOU should inform your customers before charging them for anything. Have a great day!"
