"Called ahead prior to purchasing paper. Was told my PDF would be no problem to print on the 130 lb sticker paper. Went to Hobby Lobby, made the purchase. Arrived with file and paper, was told it was not possible. Patty, the "printer", was rude and unhelpful. Terrible customer service. "Well, I don't know who you talked to but I can't put that in my machine." Incredibly unwilling to even pretend to be polite. Definitely not customer centric. Looks like based on other reviews she has treated other customers the same way. I have been to the UPS store in Niles, MI and they were always amazing. Took this project to Fed Ex down the street and they helped me in about 3 minutes. Very helpful, amazing staff, incredibly polite and had no trouble. Guess the competition gets my business from now on. Sorry UPS. Do better. Not impressed. If I could give zero stars, I would."
"Blonde hair manager is a rotten woman and should not be in customer service. Terrible attitude and is always looking for a problem. Its became known among locals to avoid this store because of one lady. The rest of the crew is very nice."
