"Throughly disappointed with the guys at service this morning. They have coupon on their own website for full synthetic 69.99 but they do not want to honor that by simply saying, your vehicle is not eligible. It is a basic Kia Seltos with 5-30w. They want to charge 89.99. It’s not about just the price issue but the way they publish one thing but not honoring. There are tons of oil change places with plenty of coupons yet its the attitude of these guys is unbelievable."
"They took care of both of my recalls very quickly. Joshua is great and communicative on the phone. It's a little pricey for a diagnosis but I highly recommend them for servicing."
"The only reason I gave one star is because zero stars isn’t an option. They couldn’t fit me in for 6 weeks. Then when I finally get to the appointment day I find out after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes that they won’t even be looking at the car that day! Also, they failed to mention when making the appointment that it wouldn’t even be fixed that day! This was just to see what the problem is with the car! Then I would have to wait AGAIN to get the car fixed. Also, their sales department spammed my phone with 4 phone calls and 3 texts the day before the appointment wanting to “buy” my car off of me for less than blue book value. So dissatisfied with this dealership! Don’t waste your time with this location."
"Went for a couple of recalls and had a tire problem. Told the writer that I had put 20 lbs of air in the tire the last two days. When I was told the vehicle was done, he told me that the tires had not been removed from the vehicle. I asked if they had looked at the tire issue, and he replied that they had put air in the tires. I even have the tire and wheel protection. Went to discount tire the next day, and they found a screw in the tire. It has been holding air since. Manager was emailed. No response from the dealership. Apparently they are ok with letting subpar work out the door."
