"Very concerned about their employee’s recent Facebook comments about a customer’s account and their policy on overdraft fees on fraud. They need to be reported to the NCUA and compensate their customers for all those fees they’ve stolen. Beware!"

"I’ve been banking with Grand Heritage since 2008. My account had fraudulent charges and Grand Heritage charged exorbitant fees for this and refused to return the fees because it was "out of their control." They eventually returned the amount taken during the fraudulent transaction, but did not return the fees. In addition, their website is not secure. With the rise in fraud, this is not a place to do your banking. I thought credit unions were supposed to be better than banks, not worse!"
