"Out of nowhere, I heard something dragging beneath my SUV: I quickly realized that part of my undercarriage cover had snapped off, was bent in half, and I was dragging it. My car was clearly was not drivable. Just by chance, I pulled into Gerber Collision and Joe and his team - jumped - literally, and began repairing it. They had lifted my SUV, repaired the bent piece, and installed new clips within 15 minutes. They would not allow me to pay them for the repair, the parts, or their time. I can't thank them enough - not only for their kind deed, but also in repairing it so fast that I made it on time to pick my daughter up from school.
