"I was quoted a price for the new used Mazda I bought last week. It only came with one key fob/key. $271.00. I ordered it and it came in so they called me to come in and have it programmed, they needed it for an hour so I went to lunch with friends. When I came back for pick up, they slapped me with a$488 bill. No one mentioned anything to me in ordering it or dropping it off, that they added a key to the fob, (as the car is no good without the key), or labor, and a variety of other charges. So I wasn't going to take the fob/key at all then. I complained that none of these additional charges were even mentioned in the three phone calls or drop off. The girl in the service department said she was new there, no one explained the additional charges to her either so she just didn't know, the man in service department who signed the car in ALSO never mentioned it to me at drop off either, so she asked me to sit for a minute and she talked to the boss.......and the girl, I don't remember her name, long dark hair...... apologized, and she removed the extra charges so I got the fob for the quoted price. I hope she and the other service man didn't have it taken out of their pay, but the dealership should be more efficient at training their employees...... They learned that when you quote a price, that is the price and to go over everything with the customer BEFORE a car is taken in for anything. They can't expect a customer to forsee double additional charges. If any quote has to go over, you to call and get approval from the customer, because by law, you don't have to pay overage, unless you say it's okay first. A quote is a quote. So I was upset but the girl in service department made it right. Now I'll be a customer. Otherwise they would have have a super sour review from me and I would have not taken the fob at all and gone somewhere else."

"Service was very thorough and complete. Professional mechanics addressed every issue issue and service update on the car. Dealership needs a refresh/reboot, as it is somewhat dingy.. Waiting area could use new furniture and a fresh look and appear more inviting. Quality craftsmanship after you get through the less than stellar exterior."

"The service department texted me a video while my car was being serviced, showing me what they were doing and the status of various elements on my car (measurements of tire tread and brake pads). I’ve never received anything like that and was most impressed. Everyone was very nice and I very much appreciated the car wash! It’s worth the 40-minute drive for excellent service like that."

"Very fast and efficient. Not priced too harshly, definitely worth it!! I had my 2018 cx-9 head replacement and other service done here. The loaner was amazing, and I was always updated with what was going on. Definitely recommend!"
