"Took my car in to get an estimate 3 months ago. I've made multiple calls to find out when I can get my car repaired, and nothing, he doesn't even return my calls. If you're not going to do the work at least have the balls to say so. I do NOT recommend Cox Enterprises Ltd, go somewhere else. It's a shame, this place is going downhill."
"Amazing customer service and work. They have always backed their work and recently took care of me with A+++ service. My truck ended up needing more TLC than what you could have seen from the surface and not only did they absorb the additional work/costs, but because it took more time than expected, they arranged for a rental vehicle. I did my best to give them more money and he simply would not take my money no matter how hard I tried. I would highly recommend Cox Enterprise."
