"I mean what can you say about a party store. ?at least they always have helium unlike a lot of these dollar stores that sell balloons and are always out of helium."

"Horrible experience being the first time I actually needed to purchase balloons from this location I paid for the # 9 and 2 other balloons to be blown up and I ask the young lady could I bring in my own balloons to go with what I already paid for she said sure after I paid for the first set of balloons I came back with my own balloons to be blown up keep in mind I had to pay for it first she gave me a receipt with the second set and said it will be ready Sun at 1:00pm my dad calls me to tell you gotta pay $24 for the other balloons I'm pissed at this point because I have already paid and the manager is a idiot saying I didn't pay arguing with me trying to tell me I didn't pay I pulled out my receipts and of course she had the dumbest look on her face !! Ohhh that's what I was trying to tell you over the phone before I had to drive all the way up there please make sure u keep your receipts!!!!! For proof to avoid a situation like this"

"Today was my son's first birthday party, I went to Party City to get the balloons I ordered (from Amazon) filled with helium. We paid $30 and the cashier was rude and made us feel like a complete inconvenience when I told her what we needed. We were told 15 minutes, we waited AN HOUR for our balloons to be blown up. That's unacceptable.. they had 4 different employees filling balloons and they have no organization to how they were doing it so they kept having to stop to figure out which balloons went with which order. I will never visit this party city again, an overall terrible experience."

"I Went to the store to get number balloons for my daughter birthday they didn’t have the colors I needed so I got different colors for each number then they told me to wait outside for them to blow the balloons up and when I got home I couldn’t pull the numbers out because all the balloons were tangled!"

"I walked in and asked the cashier Sara ( the manager ) if they had any outer space decor she said no. So I asked you guys don’t have any astronaut decor or anything? She said NO & went back to what she was doing. Then a regular associate with short hair asked me if I would like her to show me something they had similar? I said yes. She took me to an aisle with plenty of outer space decor. It could be more but it was definitely plenty of. When I went back to the register to purchase my items I asked the cashier was she the manager. She said yes. I said I’m just confused why you didn’t know there was outer space decoratin. She laughed and said she just started here and only has been here for a month. What a poor excuse especially for a manager. I used to work in retail and let’s just say this girl is no good at all. She’s losing party city business. She says no just to get someone out of her face. Instead of asking the person next to her if they had it or looking it up in the computer she flat out just says no twice. I can’t believe they made her a manager. Seems like the short hair girl who helped me that day should’ve been manager before her. At least she puts effort into her job and actually helped me out. Sara did not care that I was upset she thought it was funny and was very nonchalant about the entire situation. & honestly if you’ve been there for a month you should have learned the shelves by now or go online to study the inventory. There’s really no excuse at all as to why you didn’t know what’s in the store. You put no effort into learning about the store or into helping the customers. I spent over $120 on outer space decor with this company after she just had told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was very upset and still am. Party city called me and Diana offered me 20% off my next order. Which is nothing when everything is so expensive. But here are pics of some of the decor I purchased to go along with my house theme of aliens and outer space. My son still had a great time bc of me and his dad."
