"The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their selection of wines. They were able to make accommodations for us traveling from out of state to have some bottles held for a wedding gift. It’s sometimes the little things with customer service that make a huge difference. The wine tastings via machine were a new and interesting concept. I still prefer a more personal experience with wine tastings, versus just reading the bottle."
