"I lived here for 2 years and I LOVED it. Quiet area, pool, washer and dryer in the unit. LOOOOVED that. Any time there was a problem, maintenance was quick to resolve it. Even if it was something small they never hesitated to come check things out for me. If my situation changes and I need to move back to an apartment I will definitely contact Beachwood Townhomes first."
"Beachwood has been wonderful in every way. All of the staff are extremely friendly, and have made my almost two years here very smooth! I especially appreciate how fast they are at helping me with any maintence issues, and how accomidating they are with my schedule. I appreciate their efforts to keep everyone happy!"
"First off Micaela was sweet as pie. Forgive me if I spelled the name wrong. But she was very informative and made my move in process seem less. The assistant manager Lori was also super sweet and very helpful. I came to them with an issue and they were willing to help almost immediately.I love my unit, I love the area and it’s a quiet place to be. My only con at the moment is the upstairs gets extremely hot. No matter how low you turn the AC down. Other than that no complains at all"
"I have lived here for a year now and I have enjoyed every minute of it. It is a great location less than 2 miles from the metropark and super close to I-94. The maintenance team is definitely a huge part of my reason for writing this 5 star review. We have had a few incidents come up which is to be expected in any type of apparent living, but the maintenance team had been on the spot and fixed every issue we have ever had in a timely manner."
"I have been here for 3 years now, and I love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any issues, the maintenance crew are always willing to help and talk to you if you have any questions. The apt is great! Private entrance and a washer and dryer is a huge plus!! All the other renters are very friendly nd it is a vice nice and quiet place to live!!"
