"Kept my security deposit and charged a bunch of money extra for paint and carpet after living there for 6 years. Document everything and be prepared to seek legal action if necessary."

"I lived here for 4 years. 3 years in a 1 bedroom and the last year in a 2 bedroom. When I changed to the 2 bedroom they said that they would have to replace the carpet so I could wait a month or just take it as is. I took it. Then I paid for a year ahead of time. EVERY month I got an eviction notice for not paying my rent. Every month I had to go to the office and show them my receipt that I had paid. The closet in my daughters room kept falling off the rail and the first 5 or 6 times maintenance was there quickly to fix it. Then 2 days later when it fell again I was told that they were going to charge me to send maintenance because according to the office "I must be messing with it". No, your guy just NEVER fixed it properly. I once found a naked baby running around outside in the street and I brought him to the office and the lady asked what was she supposed to do with him? I thought maybe she knew who had a baby in my apartment building so I called the cops. She told me to take the baby to my place to meet the police because having the cops at the office looks bad. Then when I finally bought a house and moved out they didn't give me back my security deposit and charged me an additional $1185 to replace the carpet (that they said needed replacing when I moved it), fix the closet door and clean. I would never suggest someone move in there and if you do DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!"

"Pros: maintenance is pretty timely and they always keep the grounds clean and neat. The office staff isn’t bad, I haven’t had a bad experience with them necessarily. Convenient laundry room in all apartment buildings. I haven’t had issues with bugs roaches or spiders and the complex also has exterminators every Wednesday upon request. They have activities and things at the office from time to time for the holidays and during the summer months. Cons: rent is a bit high for the lack of a things to do in the complex. I pay 1k for a 2 bedroom and there’s no park for the kids to engage with each other or even gym. And they have so much space and opportunity. The pool is small and isn’t open all summer. In order to do laundry you have to go to the office and put money on a laundry card which is very inconvenient and you can only load so much. The in between: some neighbors are nice and some are loud and ghetto (but you’ll get that anywhere) during June the fish flies are crazy but I feel the complex manages it as well as they can. I’ve been living here for 3 years and I’d recommend it if you’d like a good school for the youngens to go to. yaks is around the corner and my kid thrives there. Id recommend. There’s neighborhoods that literally do nothing for their tenets and this place does."

"Only been here about 2 months and no one don’t no where I live I come to work and come home. This property needs more cameras and security my car was vandalized on the property and it cost me 6 grand to get it fix and the apartment complex didn’t do anything several of my neighbors said that there car was vandalized in the same week as mine.. so if you want to live here be careful with your car there are kids going around messing people cars.. I wouldn’t advise of you living here .. the office has been great but the owner is lacking…."

"I stayed at the apartments for a year. At the end of my lease, the rent increased to nearly $100! When I terminated my lease, and got my security deposit back, I was assessed fees for dirty walls and a dirty carpet. The walls, had the normal spots one would have, behind a sofa or picture. There were no holes or gouges. The carpet, could have easily been shampooed. With light scrubbing, I was able to remove some of the spots. I would have shampooed the carpets, had I known I would be charged over $600 having it replaced. This was quite disappointing. Not to mention in my haste to get out on time, I left a $300 camera and some of my winter coats, the office notified me of my coats right away and they were retrieved. My camera, was not found. When I called a few days later, I was told maintenance hadn't seen anything. This was quite odd, it was in the same closet with my jackets. I had originally given the Place a good review. I retract everything. As a word of warning, prior to leaving, clean the walls, carpet, and take pictures of everything, get everything in writing and for God's sake, do not trust those people."
