Cambridge House Apartments

"I have lived in this complex since 2017. I lived on the second floor. In 2020 I requested to move to the ground floor. Loved these apartments. In 2021 I decided to leave, but after a year I returned to them again. I couldn't find a place as comfortable as this, so I rented it for the second time, but unfortunately this time it wasn't. Like previous years, the location of the apartment is not good and the washing machines are not good. Do not wash clothes well flat in winter. I suffer from cold air leaking from all the windows of the apartment and the door, and snow is filling the place. I asked the office last summer that I needed to move to a larger two-bedroom apartment, but they always told me it wasn't available. I admit that in past years the complex was the best and the best, but now this is not the case. I'm waiting for my contract to expire and I can leave."

"I have spent 10 years here at Cambridge House and it has been a quiet - and peaceful - experience. The building itself is well built and I haven't ever been disturbed by excessive noise from my neighbors. The maintenance crew is first rate and very quick to respond to any reasonable request. Office staff are great to work with. I'm more than happy to give five stars to a great Apt!"

"It’s an excellent experiment on Cambridge House our home. I have been there from last October about 10 months until now. It’s very lovely place and quite, I haven’t any problem in my apartment all this time and I would thanks the manager and the maintenance department for all the efforts that they give us in our community. It’s a great time that I spent on it."

"Just a horrible place all around. Loud boisterous obnoxious neighbors, loud music and tv all day and night. Walls are paper thin so you hear all your neighbors noise and loud children screaming and banging around all day and night. Sounds like a madhouse at all time, impossible to work from home. outdated appliances, barely functioning utilities. They need to gut this place and tear it down. They’re allowing the worst of the worst to move in and making the entire complex a true blight on this city. Hope they get enough complaints and the city shuts them down. The manager “Jenn” is useless and does nothing."

"i’ve lived here for 4 years, you’d think that would mean something but of course not! maintenance doesn’t fix anything, and if they do, better believe they are not gonna do it right! i’ve been complaining about repairs since December, and it has yet to be fixed! the only reason i pay rent every month is so i won’t be out on the street! i emailed, called, even went down to the leasing office, complaining that my tub needed to be painted! they sent a whole contract to sign, and said i couldn’t use the shower for 48 hours, nothing was even painted! i’m paying $1100 in rent and can’t even take a shower at my own home? No one answers the phone EVER, and the only time they hear you complaining about repairs, is when you threaten to withhold rent! Worst experience of my life! and too much money!"
