"After moving from downtown Detroit, I began searching for a new place to live and ultimately settled on this location. Although I adored my luxurious apartment in the city, the parking situation became unbearable, leading me to seek alternative options. Eventually, I came across these same apartments that most of my family has resided in. Not only is this area familiar to me, having spent half of my life here and attending nearby school, but they even accepted me despite my previous bankruptcy. Despite the fact that I will miss the conveniences and having a washer and dryer in my unit, I believe I will manage just fine. I am immensely grateful to both property owners for their unwavering support."
"This is a beautiful renovated bldg. This was my first apt at 21 in the 80’s. After many years of being abandoned it has been renovated inside and out. One problem…. They shouldn’t have spent so much money bc it is out priced for the neighborhood at this time and I can see them taking a loss. Beautiful tho."
"Love living here so far! Apartments are clean and newly renovated. Great rent price and conveniently located near UDM. Only downside is no gym and other amenities. Overall, great experience living here."
