"This is store is a doggy lottery retailers, they refuse to honor my valid promotional coupon claiming they don’t know how to apply it. Here is a picture of the instructions which I showed you at the time in case you forgot. Try to cut corner on promotional coupon, wonder what else they do to cut corners."
