"Terrible management. It has changed management more than 3 times and it’s hard to contact them if you are a satellite property. They will find any reason to keep your deposit, while being slow on maintenance repairs. The building is old and they are doing patch work. The front doors are constantly broken. The have updated a lot of the units so I can only speak from my experience being in a unit that hasn’t been updated in about 15 years and they didn’t really offer much help. Probably because they would blame us for the wear and tear on it. We were without an oven for 6 months plus. People will let their dogs roam free without a leash and I’ve seen someone’s dog attack another. Pet hair in the hallways to the point where it stinks. Don’t get me started on the Karen neighbors. I do not mean this in a joking way. They WILL harass you. These pictures are from the basement last year. The pictures don’t show how bad the area looks. Insulation has fell down before and dead bugs are decoration down there. I doubt it has changed for the better. You will probably lose your objects to mold if you leave them in the basement cages. The rent has went up exponentially and I feel like for the price you could go elsewhere. The best part is the area and the grounds are relatively well kept. When I stayed there they switched to free washing. Also why did you stick all the black tenants in our unit on the second floor?"

"I’ve been a resident for 2 years and just renewed my lease. Management is fantastic and responds quickly with answers or solutions to any maintenance needs. Tucked away in a neighborhood so very little outside noise."

"I've been a resident here for a long time. I've dealt with different management over the years, and I have to say Sunrise Communities are trying to make a difference. They communicate often through text and e-mail they even leave letters on the doors if something is changing. Most of the time, it's all 3. They are pet friendly, which is great as I have a beautiful boston terrier. If it wasn't for family medical reasons, I would have stayed here even longer."
