"I'd skip this one if I could go back. The neighbors were great, its a small building, but be prepared to pay roughly $200 for your water bill. I lived alone, and there were weeks when I was away from my apartment; my water bill would still be $175 at the lowest but it typically was $200-$225. They also have a hard time keeping tenants for this exact reason."

"The leasing agent doesn't respond in a timely matter and is not professional. The apartment itself is nice inside but I wouldn't recommend. FYI - the washer and dryer are in the basement and work ok... Sometimes the dryer needs to be ran twice (you pay each time). The thing for me is the unprofessional service from the agent."

"I have lived here. The setup with the water bill (we each paid a share of a communal total) seems a bit unorthodox. I had the AT&T internet, which was adequate. The other tenants mainly keep to themselves which I do not mind. The washer works well but the drier leaves some to be desired, it usually takes an extra cycle at least. I appreciate the fact that it's a singular building, not a part of a larger complex."
