"The people that live in this complex have no regards for other people. They park how they want to ( taking 2 and 3 parking spots at once), and they are loud at all hours of the day and night. I can't even get my 1 year old to sleep because they neighbors are so loud. When I try to talk to the office personnel they aren't there past 3:30p.m. this used to be a great place to live until riverside took over."

"My fiancé and I had lived here for 4 years. We recently moved out due to rent increase, which motivated us to move into a home. Although it’s inconvenient we understand that costs rise and so does the cost of ownership. The place was great while we lived there. Although it’s a bit outdated I do believe they renovated them as people moved out for a smooth transition. The new owners did keep our rent the same as the previous owners had until our lease was up which I am very grateful for. Even though it was raised I do believe it’s hard to find a townhome these sizes for anything less than they charge, especially in Gibraltar. The location alone is worth the price. Definitely a good starting place. Not every apartment is perfect and that’s ok. It served us well for years. It wasn’t personal and that’s what I believe people took wrong. It’s a business at the end of the day and the new owners still need to make money. They spent a fortune buying this place. Hoping well for new owners and also new tenants!"

"My girlfriend and I just recently moved into one of the newly renovated 3 bed apartments. The application and approval process was really quick and easy. There was a little bit of a wait to get in but Stephanie the leasing manager for the property, did a great job of staying in touch and updating us on the situation. So far living here has been great. Very quiet, clean, and well kept. I'll try to update my review periodically."

"Myself and my family are newer residents at Riverside Townhomes. I cannot speak as to when this location was under the last ownership and name but I can confidently state that the community is definitely ongoing change. The previous owners definitely let a beautiful location go to waste and this new management company seems to have a direction on where they’d like to go on things. The community of Gibraltar is quiet and safe. The property is literally located across from the Detroit river wildlife refuge, so it is not uncommon to be greeted by our local duck population or see deer at dusk. They have a nice pool and have already begun exterior renovations of the property as well, adding mulch, some bushes and new signs. The on site staff seems to be very friendly and helpful. The townhomes seem to be filling up fairly quickly and rent I feel now is very competitive for the area. Over the past few months this has been a great place to live and I look forward to extending my stay here when my renewal arrives."
