Springwells Park Apartments

"They completely failed to notify tenants about a multiple buildings issue of no hot water or heat from day one. This has been since Christmas Day!!! What a way to have to spend your holiday and week off work trying to figure out where you can stay to be warm, shower, do Laundry, do your dishes!!! It has been almost a full week since this problem and they have done nothing to help us! Only giving space heaters to certain people because they ran out then they have the nerve to say you can buy your own??!!!? Stay far away as possible from Springwells and anything Beacon Management or you will seriously regret it. the buildings are almost 80 something years old and maintenance does the worst job I've ever seen around here and you should get out while you still can before it gets so bad they can't hold anything together here anymore. Management should be seriously ashamed of the job they're doing around here but yet they have the time to email about parking spaces and giving apartment tours but can't take the time to worry about people that already need their services and help here!!!!! And be very skeptical of the fake positive reviews coming in lately. Ridiculous!!!"

"I had an excellent experience, while working alongside Terri to find my perfect fit! Terri was incredibly helpful and overall a delight to talk with. I am not yet living at Springwells, but I am so excited to move in!"

"Been here going on 3/4 years now and rent pricing is a bit crazy (especially the service fee we pay). If problems occur (being the apartment building fault) they will not reimburse you for the fix if outta pocket. The new office staff they’ve recently introduced is a much improvement. Pest control for waterbug/roaches need to be stepped up. Maintenance is decent could improve on timing of fixes. Mostly very safe community."

"Honestly, they deserve a 0 rating. Candice the manager is unprofessional and quite rude. I have been a resident at this place for well over 10 years. When the time came for my lease to be renewed, I was offered 15 months but when the contract was finally provided to me 9 days after the lease was up due to their poor management, Candice had reduced my lease by at least a week and stated that based on calculations it was correct. All I have to say is the pictures online are not the truth. The townhomes smell like raw sewage because of poor management and maintenance. Stay away from this place if you value your money. When I moved in well over 10 years ago, the management at that time was professional and customer oriented. Today's management is not worth the time it takes to consider her presence."
