"My basement flooded last year in May and it took them almost 3 weeks to come fix it..today my basement flooded full of poop so is the rest of my neighbors…this is thee worse place ever on top of the neighbors saying they have roaches DON’T MOVE HERE‼️"

"The prices are comparable to others around, the gas and water are included; which is a plus for me. The office staff is ok. However, the maintenance service around here is horrible. I have to call 2 or 3 times to get anything done. You would think they would appreciate their resident's who have lived here for more then 5 years. I'm still waiting on an order I put in in May to be completed."

"You know I get it with Covid and staying “safe”, but when you have your local delivery driver that is clearly pregnant come to your leasing office to ask to quick use the bathroom to keep on her route to keep delivering the packages the customers need, for you to just to turn her away and say nope sorry we don’t allow the general public to use the restroom. On top of having the door straight locked down like prison so not very welcoming!!! I am just saying this is why truckers protest!!! It doesn’t cost anything to be nice and courteous! I highly suggest drivers and delivery services if you need to use a restroom on your stop this is not the place!!! Super rude office ppl!!"

"I lived in Auburn Village Townhomes for 2 years in order to save money for a home. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. To start, the staff here does not have any sympathy or care for their residents at all. There is so much employee turnover there I don’t think I ever talked to the same person twice. All they care about is money and how they can weasel it out of you. Don’t even think about trying to get maintenance to fix something. I once made 6 appointments for someone to come fix my carpet and they no showed all 6 times. Now they have the audacity to charge me a damage fee once I moved out. Lynn, the person I spoke to in the office told me “I didn’t work here at that time and the person you originally spoke to doesn’t work here anymore so there’s nothing we can do for you”. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM??? Completely unprofessional. When it comes to the apartments, expect a lot of mold and they are dingy! There are no vents in the bathroom so I was constantly scrubbing the walls with bleach to get rid of the mold buildup. Appliances are old and rarely work. I didn’t use the dishwasher once in the 2 years I lived there because it was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. They do the bare minimum when cleaning an apartment after someone moves out. The parking lots will F your car up, potholes are everywhere and were never filled in the entire time I lived there. The rent is enticing but you absolutely get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and listen to this review and the many others like mine, DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"I moved in here pretty recently. So far I am pleased with the apartment and service. The neighbors are friendly if not quiet. The office staff are cordial and responsive, and maintenance is supplied at timely period after requests are submitted. It's also conveniently close to Oakland University, and the pool in the back is pretty nice."
