"I have NEVER in my life felt so belittled and disrespected by a person in my life. The property manager, Dave Hensley, is absolutely rude and ignorant. If this is how he treats people during the application process I could only imagine how he treats his tenants! And his office manager, Susan Griffith, is just as rude. They hung up in my face multiple times and then stopped answering the phone when I called, but answered when I called from another number. DON'T RENT HERE! FIRE THIS STAFF!"

"Moved in recently with my newborn and have loved it so far. Dave and his team are on top of maintenance and communication with residents. The community is clean and quiet. The apartments are updated and very nice. Susan in the office is very friendly and responsive! I have recommended the complex to many friends!"

"i am telling you, never move in the apartment. specially first floor, very very humidity, average 60-70%. like to live a in sauna room. you call them, they let you run AC, but their AC don't work with humidity, but they still let you run, even until getting cold. you require to moving out, they let pay 3 months rental to buy the lease. that is American, carful!! if you don't pay rental for a month, they will evict you, but tenant right cannot be protected. I live here to spend 400$ to bought a dehumidifier + extra electricity cost. they never consider , let you pay 3 months rental to buy the lease?? why??? whos responsibility about your room humidity?? only you signed the lease, they just collect the rental, other are nothing!!"

"The experiences or should I say frustrations were unprofessional. There was multiple issues that were inquired about desperately for well over a year. In both the summer and winter the heating and cooling were completely insufficient and never properly performed. So you're either HOT as heck in summer or FREEZING COLD in the winter. The place is outdated and everything was basically falling apart/needed immediate repair. Rain and cold air always came through failing old window frames summer and winter (you could literally hear & see rain indoors) causing hikes in utilities etc. Also had additional issues with an extremely loud refrigerator, & a titled stove that was not leveled, so imagine cooking on a shifted stove. Multiple inquiries were made to rectify these issues stated above as well over a yr time after time that led to either no avail or half/poor job done, work products always left behind, & not coming back to fix yours or they simply may not show up to your unit to fix/solve the need etc. Outside companies also would dump lots of tree branches in both trash dumpsters & that left very little space for your trash meaning you have to leave trash in your place until trash day. Lastly, neighbors would be loud late night yelling, fighting (heard through walls, screaming and banging up against the walls) while Management was at home peacefully, several times. People are moving in & out at high numbers and to take the cake there's 1 particular neighbor that yells out random hrs of night & day at the top of his lungs, obscenities and he likely has mental trouble sadly. :-/ Overall I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. Ever! And I usually wouldn't do reviews but this place literally takes Thee cake. It was mostly EXTREMELY stressful living at the Turtle Creek Apartments by my experience..."

"Thank goodness I didn't read reviews before I moved here. I have positive things to say in this review. I love it here ! No complaints ! Ive had good experiences since moving here. Things have been fixed promptly by maintenance , that same day & on a few occasions that same hour that I called the office for a repair. My heat went out twice in the same week. Maintenance came within the hour. The second time it went out, The office staff kindly gave me a space heater, & called a heating specialist , who came later that day. There are two ladies in the office, I've had not one bad encounter with either of them. They are friendly , & helpful . I've had no problems with any of the staff. I would not live in a environment that had bugs. There are No bugs here, this is simply untrue. There are bees outside near a crab-apple tree, which is pretty normal. I have decent neighbors , everyone works & Everyone I see waves hello . I've encountered a friendly community. Surprisingly its actually very quiet here. The grounds are well kept , this is very important to me. I see maintenance out at 8 am checking the grounds every morning. I'm Thankful & blessed to call this my home . God willing, I hope to live here for the next 3 to 5 years . Many of the reviews I read are over the top & really far from the truth. I'm Thankful I have a nice home & I'll be proud to show my family with the upcoming holidays."
