"This is my go -to dispensary since they have opened! But I’ve had the same bud tender a couple of times to make me, think I need a new place! Same guy always rude! Told him about a couple infused pre rolls I got one was a gram but the other 2 definitely weren’t! Went in said something next time I went there, didn’t ask for a replacement just mentioned the difference in size he basically called me a liar after I even showed a pic! Dispensaries are so competitive on prices, customer service means a lot and ur bud tender is blowing it! All other bud tenders there are great though!"
"I started going to Prosper last year. I've 98% of the time placed my order online for drive thru pickup. I noticed they stopped doing "out the door" pricing, which made the cost go up. I've emailed asking about it, no response. Emailed again yesterday, no response. Workers are nice, never had an issue with bad customer service. My husband has suggested we start going somewhere else, outside of Constantine, so I don't think they will be getting anymore business from me or any of my friends who also go there. They have good product, but just seems too wishy washy for us now"
"My favorite dispensary in the area. Employees are super chill and the place is always clean and uncluttered. Love the amount of area in the shop. Others are way to small. Would give a 5 star but the last couple of ounces I got have been crazy dry. Hard to smoke in a bowl. It's like putting out a brush fire. Still good place to go."
