"This is a historic building with lots of character. New management has redone the floors and some other remodeling they really cleaned it up!! It's a great price. I love the character of this little starter place!! New management has cleaned really made some improvements!"

"Honestly, leasing an apartment is not worth your money. These people took my application fee, waited at least a month to call me to start verifying information, and when I did that, they still lag behind in connecting with you about leasing. Management said they’d do some workaround to push my application through, since because they took so long to respond, there were new income requirements. She obviously forgot to do that, didn’t care to retry, so I wait for a call back, same management lady calls me asking me the same questions to verify income (literally same order and line of questioning) as if we hadn’t done that already, then proceeded to tell me she’ll TRY to push it through but highly doubts i’ll be approved because of the new income requirement. Lol it was a complete waste of time and management is rather rude anyway. I don’t even want to be approved as I can see you all are not even equipped to handle simple applications. As you can see the reviews are abysmal at best lol don’t take a chance."

"My daughter lived here for a few months. She has reported several concerns for repairs. Only the sink was repaired. ONLY after she stated that she was going to move out. Management lacks compassion and concerns for their tenants. This place is not a place that I would recommend to anyone, PERIOD! The hallways reeks of odor and the laundry room is filthy."

"I've gotten bedbugs twice here, and the people that run the place are two faced as hell. I've known at least two other people to have had bed bugs here as well on different floors. They refuse to exterminate the building. They are cheap and will only spray your apartment for you. Don't fall for it. It seems really good, but you get what you pay for. It's a trap. Edit: They are now CHARGING you to exterminate your apt. for bedbugs, that you very likely didn't bring yourself. They also don't often spray between tenants. Only live here if you absolutely must. People start fires here all the time, homeless gather in the lobby, people go to the bathroom on the floors sometimes and even in the laundry room trash. You gotta pay to wash here, and they don't always work, and when they do they don't always work well. This place is awful, please don't get stuck in this pit like a lot of us have."
