"My husband and I lived at Sherloch Forest for 8 years and loved it. It’s a family friendly, quiet and well maintained community. It is safe and conveniently located to Dundee schools, downtown Dundee and US 23 ans M 50. The staff is friendly and responsive and continually making improvements."

"Great apartments for a great price! I've been here for almost 2 years and I have no complaints. Super quiet area, staff is always nice and the grounds are well maintained. Prices are great and not even comparable to prices for apartments in Washtenaw county. I recommend to anyone looking to move to the area."

"Sherloch Forest apartments are so nice. The apartments are good sized, and there are different floor plans to fit your needs. The Manager, Jason is an awesome guy, very kind, friendly and personable. Jason's family are great as well. The grounds are well kept and meticulously manicured and maintained. The apartments have their own laundry room with a large high tech, high efficiency washer and dryer. How convenient and reasonably priced rent for all of the amenities ! Mike is one of the maintenance men and he is very nice, and so helpful, also and does an awesome job maintaining things in the apartments and outside the buildings. I have loved my time living here. The best experience ever ! If you are looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Sherloch Forest Apartments. You will be so glad you did. I am moving to Rawson Place Senior HUD apartments. I will miss Sherloch Forest apartments. Thanks to Jason and Mike and other staff here. Paulette D."

"The rent is well priced for the area, I work in Ann Arbor so I save a few hundred living here. The grounds are fairly well kept and maintenance comes out fairly quick. However, the landlords are really chill which sucks at times if you're trying to get a hold of them. Also they don't always fix things the best when they do come out, my ceiling leaked and they just stopped the leak but my walls still look damaged and I'm worried about potential mold from not properly cleaning. All in all after 2 years it's an okay place to live, I'd move if I could find another affordable place within a reasonable distance from work but I'm also ok to stay if I can't, so long as they don't raise their price."

"I moved in 2yrs ago after some of the building were remodeled. I have had no issues living here everyone has been friendly. All my neighbors have been very respectful. Apartments are very quiet, plenty of space and they come with a W/D in the unit. They take very good care of the grounds I have yet to need anyone in for maintenance, but I have spoke with the guys who handle it in passing. They all have been polite and friendly with me and I have heard no complaints from anyone."
