"Where to start....what a mess! Outside of the store looks like a cross between a war zone, a construction site and a land fill! Inside you have to turn sideways to pass thru the isles. Inconsistent pricing. The wyt girl working days is awesome, helpful and friendly. Go in in the evenings and the men working are creepy. The seem to not understand english well and treat customers with suspicion. Bottom line, shop elsewhere."

"Bad attitudes lead to bad customer service. If it's too much of an inconvenience to come to the register to ring up a customer without a confrontational attitude then maybe a new line of work is in order. I'm there to spend money not debate the color of a cigarette pack even thoughyour opinion is in direct contradiction with the manufacturer's packaging and labeling. It's not my fault you never got a big enough pack of crayolas so that you could learn the difference between sky blue and aquamarine."

"Unlike their other store, which used to be Max's Liquor, this one actually has genuinely courteous clerks. That remember your favorite products. At the other end of the spectrum about 4 miles West of this one there is a large lady that claims to be the Manager. Countless times I've went in to the old Max's liquor store and attempted to purchase lottery tickets and pay with my debit card. The large lady must not believe in the practice. Denied with a grimace. As a CX professional, I would remove that lady from her position post haste. The customer experience is a very important instance. There have been other unrelated instances involving this woman. She's just not a nice person."
