"Excellent property management. I love these guys. Mr. Beal is a great property manager. Once you go Beal you don't go back. I don't care if other people don't like Mr. Beal he is the nicest, most hard working landlord I have had in years. He's prompt, respectful, trustworthy, and polite. I plan on staying with Mr. Beal for at least another 3 years. Go Beal! My heater stopped working on a Saturday and I called Sunday and spoke with Rich, these guys are amazing and hard working, unfortunately the maintenance team couldn't do anything else to help. However, Rich gave me a space heater. I feel so grateful for Stewart Beal and his team!"

"i wish i could give 0 stars for the way these people have treated my mother over the past year she lived in one of their house. she had no heat for DAYS over the winter. She was told that if she wanted her water turned back on, she needed to make friends with her neighbors. they use lead paint. as we had to do the testing ourselves because they lied about it on their contracts. Her neighbors are extremely disruptive and even found that the maintenance men may have been snooping through her private belonging. it has been an absolute roller coaster, trying to live comfortably. they make their tenets follow a platform for high standards, so why they don’t follow the same ones is mind blowing??? my mother had no choice but to break her lease early because she was not living with the expectations The contract stated. now because they are pissed at her for taking a stance against them they have came up with some sort of damage fee a month after she moved out. moldy. gross. and literally at this point full blown scam for quality living. ive seen better from Motels and frat houses DO NOT EVER LEASE WITH THESE SCUMMY MONEY GRABBERS !!! THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT"

"Beal Properties should be getting two 5 star ratings - The owner is readily available and accessible, including for questions relating to real estate if someone has an interest in learning. I've witnessed this company help house refugees, give people a chance in real estate (A REAL CHANCE) as well as build an actual team of people that know how to do their job, and seem to enjoy it. If I had a relative moving into the area, I'd have them on the phone with Beal Properties. If I knew a student moving into the area, same thing. If I knew of a special situation outside the box, Beal Properties has the bandwidth - as they did when finding a home for a recently relocated refugee. Separately - I'm looking at investing in the area and when I do - the property will be trusted to Beal Properties. Lastly, I prefer to do business with GOOD PEOPLE, and with Beal management, you get to do exactly that."

"I lived above what I can only assume was a dealer of illicit substances at a Beal property. The neighbor constantly smoked inside and at the suggestion of the property manager (not "Mr Beal"), we reported the smoking. This lead to an altercation with the neighbor claiming that it's not illegal to smoke in apartments and regardless they weren't the one's smoking inside it was their "guests". In fact the building caught on fire due the smoking and nothing was done about it. I woke up a few days before Christmas to the building full of smoke and every smoke detector in the building going off. I investigated and found the fire on the inside of a locked door in the basement. Someone had thrown a lit cigarette into a pile of trash/leaves. I had to pound on their door to wake them up and get the fire put out. Didn't even receive a thank you from Beal for saving their property. The neighbors would throw their trash on the ground both inside and outside their apartment which lead to rats and mice taking over the building. We reported this infestation to property management and they said they rodent control is the responsibility of the tenant. I put a pet control box outside only for the "maintenance crew" to take it. No explanation just gone. I refer to maintenance in quotes because it was a group of 8-10random men who all showed up in their personal cars. Our apartment was entered multiple times without proper notice. One time they were training a new person on how to show the apartments. My partner was home and caught in a state of undress. Snow removal was clearly listed in the lease and every time it snowed their maintenance crew would leave it alone to turn into ice. We reported all of these violations only for the manager to give us a "i dont know why they didn't plow". Do not rent from Beal unless you want a bad experience. The 5-star reviews are fake."
