"You could write a novel with how bad this place is. There’s roaches, mold, broken windows, disgusting floors and laundry room was always flooded with roaches everywhere. Maintenance never responded to issues and we always had to pay out of our own pocket to fix anything. Every winter the entire building loses all heat and hot water for weeks and you are still expected to pay full price with no heat. Horrible experience overall and overpriced."

"THE AREA.- Ypsilanti is amazing, so much stuff around you and most things are within walking distance including food and school. THE new OWNER of this building, bought our building back in November. I didn't meet the new owner until yesterday. And let me say, it was not a pleasurable experience. He was rude right off the go without even trying to figure out who I was.he never once introduced himself until half way through yelling at me. that is not a professional attitude and is bad practice. This place was enjoyable with a in building maintenance person and good neighbors but it has gone."

"I loved living in this apartment. I had a really nice apartment and the maintenance guy was so friendly. He even helped me out with a car repair once. The parking lot is pretty small so its sometimes hard to find a parking space but other then that, no complaints."

"Good location on campus, but very poor maintenance.. don't answer, don't show up to repair, even with pretty significant problems. When maintenance does come, his kids are in tow running around your apartment."
