"Lowest price for good service. You get what you pay for."

"TLDR: Livable if the only other option is being homeless. Absolute dumpster of a place. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. Maintain is non existent.Hope that nothing breaks done. If it does forget hoping that it will ever be fixed. Management will gladly ignore you for months irrespective of the severity of the issue. Also, you'll probably faint beause of the disgusting smell in the hallways (how are is it to use room freshener one in a while?)"

"TLDR: Livable for sure if only option. Should prefer other locations before this one It's taken me a second to write this review. Some aspects of this place may have changed, some highly won't have. The place is located fairly close to EMU by foot. Walking through the neighborhood is nice. A bus stop can get you to downtown ann arbor. There's a strip mall near by with some useful shops. When we were looking it was fairly cheaper than other locations compared to it's size MAJOR HOWEVER, the 3 bed 1.5 bath isn't worth it -- The bedroom ceilings are wooden planks that directly connect to the flat roof. Meaning it gets hotter than other types of ceilings. Heat on the top floor isn't abnormal HOWEVER any repairs or rumblings of the roof will cause material from the ceiling to fall down. If you see a weird dusty residue everywhere or on top of the bathroom shelves, it's like that debris. Never be there when they do roof repairs over your apartment. -- Parking is crowded and with no barriers between spaces thus some people will outright hit your car. There's a hill/ditch that you can technically fall off of driving up to the main section of parking in the back, so some turn sharply to avoid it getting near that edge. Meaning parking spots near those turn areas are more likely to be hit by other tenants or work vehicles. Snow in the parking lot makes these problems even worse. -- If your apartment faces the road and you're noise sensitive, the daytime is horrendous for sound. At minimum there will be the rumbling of cars zooming by. Night time is much quieter but can still have the rumbling of cars depending on what's going on in the city. You'll get the horns and sirens at different points as well. -- The stairs have an open backing to them with carpet. One of our steps had a supporting metal bar between the wooden planks. If your foot slide on the open backing you were mostly fine unless you slipped your leg through somehow. Sliding your foot with the opening that has the metal bar though was awful. Broken nails happened from it -- Management was nice when they were there. Super easy to drop off rent. However, management also kept changing. This was bad when we would discuss an issue with one of the managers. They'd get a new one and forget our issues, thus forcing us to keep calling them so they wouldn't forget or to update the new manager again. At some point a leak happened in the wall before the roof repairs I believe (this happened in a roommate's room), we notified the office, and they proceeded to do nothing or didn't remember it existed. Maintenance was nice but some were just rude/uncaring. When we left the main maintenance person was super nice and helpful. Wish we had them for the majority of our stay. Most of management didn't wear a mask during the time at which we still didn't have a vaccine which wasn't great. -- Smells travel through the air ducts. You can get weird smells by using the AC. Was most annoying when people smoked weed. Was not appreciative of the maintenance member who accused me of smoking weed when all of us at the same time notified them that we could smell it yet again. My gut feeling wants to call said person a bit racist since they always seemed to be rude to only me, but there's no way to prove that. Also I think they left so hopefully no one has to deal with that particular person. -- They don't have a place to keep amazon packages. Meaning they're placed outside the main doors. Most tenants brought in the packages. Only 1 package of ours was stolen ever. -- For a short time during the pandemic they would give people who paid rent early discounts on said rent. Meaning anyone who had the money got cheaper rent and those who needed help would pay the normal price. Not great. They made that discount worse to get over time. Eventually they printed out a sheet show why they couldn't keep it going, accidentally showing they could easily keep it going. That poster got ripped down soon after postage. Again, most of management could be seen not wearing a mask when vaccines weren't a thing"

"Just don't. I called 5 times to make an appointment to view a unit, finally Billie Joe answered the phone and we set up an appointment. When we arrived, she told us we couldn't see the unit because someone already applied for it. A complete waste of time.We wasted time and gas for literally nothing. The management for this property needs to retrain everyone on answering phones and how to be professional. If I could give -5 stars I would."
