"I have been here 11 1/2 years. Been without a stove for 2 years. They never fix anything. They lose paperwork, then send residents eviction notices 6 months later, because they can't admit they lost the paperwork. Woda is ridiculous. They don't care about their residents nor the ppl who work for them. We sometimes go a year without a maintenance person or a manager."
"My fiance has been trying to call almost everyday. Even days that is listed as being open and never get an answer. We are very interested, but when you can't get in contact with someone, it makes it hard to continue trying and give more then 1 star. We have left our names and phone numbers also and no one will call us back. We have even called other properties owned by the same company who told us they would give our information to them, but still no call backs. It is almost like they dont want to rent to any new people."
