"I’ve lived here a little over a year and I love it, the manager is so kind and easy to communicate with, the maintenance people are very quick to respond if I need anything fixed and I have the best (and quiet) neighbors. It was a very easy decision to resign my lease."

"Parkside Lane Apartments has great facilities, a wonderful management team, spacious apartments, and lots of room to enjoy living in Milan. The amenities are outstanding with onsite laundry, pet friendly, and 24 hour maintenance in case anything goes wrong put my mind at ease! Choosing Parkside Lane was the right decision for me and my family!"

"Management & the two maintenance men provide excellent customer service in a timely & friendly manner. Pam, Bryan, and Billy are always going above & beyond to keep their tenants happy. There is a great sense of community between the neighbors. The only thing that could make it better is if there was a pool. Management has no control over the washer & dryer that are provided for in every building & they run about $3 for wash & dry, definitely not $5. I have lived here since 2017 & have never had my pipes freeze. The only time my hot water went out, management & maintinece had it restored within the hour. As another reviewer said, you get what you give!"

"Parkside is a very good environment and safe complex to live in. It is very quiet and well maintained. A groundskeeping crew is brought in almost weekly it seems to maintain the grass. Contrary to what other reviews may say, the two maintenance men and apartment manager are very nice people and understanding as long as you also uphold your end of the leasing contract and follow the rules and guidelines. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt because, as is the case in most of life, you get what you give. I have never had a problem contacting the manager or calling maintenance for an issue and having it resolved promptly and I've lived here for almost 3 years now. The location is also wonderful as Kroger is right up the road, two parks for children or dogs are within walking distance, both the middle and high school are nearby, and it is in a great spot to get either to Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, or Saline fairly quickly and without any hassles from trains. I cannot say enough great things about this place, but I highly recommend checking it out."
