"I'm not often one to rant over Google Reviews, but I think this time I should. I was in a pinch, and needed a quick car wash while out and about and I saw that this one was pretty close. Stopped in and most of the way the car wash went smoothly. The payment system was quite finicky and took a few minutes of messing around with to get it right. There was no clear mark of where to pull on the car wash line, which means we had to pull up much further than necessary. Slightly sceptical, we continued forward with caution. Midway however, things took a turn and the car's front wheel HOPPED OFF THE ROLLING TRACK and just about sent us crashing into the wash equipment. I threw it in drive and pulled as far forward as I possibly could. This isn't a user error issue, car washes are usually pretty simple and straightforward, and this one failed to complete that task. I was remarkably disappointed for the nine dollars I spent on the car wash that just about put my car into pieces. This experience was so horrifying, I've sworn to never take my car into a carwash of this type, and I'll stick to the washes where you wash the car yourself. Thanks, Johnnys."
