"One of the nicest newest apartments in the Tri-Campus!! Cannot wait to live in a fully furnished brand new apartment, so happy I signed my lease. The experience was so easy it was a breeze! Love all the marketing for the 87, as well!! Highly recommend anyone who is in the market for an apartment or town home, to Definitely check out the 87!!"

"I'm a current ND junior and will be living at the 87 for my senior year next year. I could not recommend it more! Though I cannot speak on the actual living yet, the leasing process was nothing but smooth. When the office opened, I was able to easily set up a tour the next day and sign my lease within the week. The staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and transparent about everything. I felt like they really cared about me as a future resident and did not treat me just as a "student." This has not always been the case for me with other off campus housing organizations that seem inconsiderate of students (as I'm sure many of you know). And, the apartments come furnished which I know was a plus for me. Anytime I call, there is always someone there to answer the phone or call me right back no matter the question. They were very accommodating with my requests and I have peace of mind now that my housing is set. Thank you to all the staff who have been so helpful throughout this process! I'm glad I found The 87 early since I think it will be the next big thing in off campus housing. Looking forward to officially moving in 2024!"
