"Let's see for starters they overcharge. I called them 8am this morning, for a fill. We ran out, and I will admit I should have kept a closer eye on it. But this weather coupled with my injuries (disabled veteran) made it extremely difficult to check it. They told me I would be on the afternoon schedule (between 12:30-2:00pm). I had an VA appointment, came home around 2pm no propane. I called them back and talked to Gail, who informed me I was on the schedule for TOMORROW! I called 2 previous times and I was never informed it would not be delivered today. It is going to cost me an extra 260.00 to get it today. I live on a fixed income, that is a huge hit to my finances. They never once informed me the previous times I called that it would not be delived today. Terrible business and obviously not transparent about delivery times."

Very easy process as a new customer, a quick call and they had me on the schedule within minutes and out to my house within 2 days. Great price and great company!!"
