"First off I wish I could give no stars but unfortunately Im not able to . I have been living at Decatur Downs for over three years now . Since the day I moved in they have refund to fix anything. Everytime anyone asks Rebecca or Kim to fix stuff they threaten to evict you , stress you out so bad that you go into a seizure or have heart issues. Rebecca and Kim has made a woman/ her two children homeless during COVID . There is nothing good to say about Decatur Downs ."
