"Shelby is a horrible leasing agent she Gave horrible service , she had me fill come in to fill out all my “ paperwork “ and not even call to me the courtesy to say I hadn’t filled out another document they needed to get approved and to give an attitude over the phone when this place is the bottom of the bottom is insane, to have no heat or hot water this place should be happy it has tenants there even spending there money . TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN ! 0 stars"
"Now they have a NEW excuse to not work: When schools are closed they don't want to work either."
"This place is terrible! Bed bugs...roaches...just trash. I remember when it was Courtyard Place Apartments and "new management" took over. Changing the name and painting apartments doesn't make it a great place lol. This place truly needs to be knocked down! Don't let a freshly painted apartment fool you.....the bed bugs and roaches will come out soon after. Residents are too stupid to follow guidelines so the pest situation can actually get under control. It's a lose lose situation at this place. Now no heat?? Can't say I'm surprised."

"3/18/2023 19degrees outside snowing and no heat Cedar Glen your dropping the ball. Heat is supposed to be provided under 60degrees. No answer when calling emergency maintenance number."
