I will never be coming back out to that place no matter what I was living thru bullcrap while being out there the tenets are horrible and have no class or home training and the management has to be more on the crime out there its unsafe for anyone with kids, I don't recommend."
"It's the projects, move here if you want a short life. Crime and murders every month if not weekly. They're always on the news."
"They office is never open even during they’re business hours u could literally go bang on the door and they will not come unlock it and they’re break is 3 hours a day who does that even the emergency maintenance line doesn’t even get answered if I could rate this a zero I would I wouldn’t even try leasing with this place they don’t tend to they leasers and this is an everyday thing they break time on the door says 12-2 they leave at 11 and sometimes never come back this is a terrible place"
"I just can not wait to move y'all are never in the office yall hardly answer the phone I have things I want to bring in in person and have questions I'm not about to just drop off important information inside the door y'all maintenance lazy don't fix things right I feel like it's something in our home because me and my family always sick roaches and mice's are taking over everybody homes out here it's very very hard trying to get a hold of anybody then y'all be there and it's says y'all open but the door be locked and y'all just sit there and look at whoever at the door like yall just don't care and it's sad me and mines will be moving soon had dealt with this for 3 years now dealing with unprofessional different people in the office"
"If I could do a 0 rating I would! When I lived there I had mice and mold so bad and yes I kept my apartment clean, everybody apartment had the same problem, the maintenance workers are very lazy, when I called and offered to pay money out of pocket for major repairs they still didn't want to do it. I'm so glad that I'm not living there anymore I got my children in a clean environment NOW"
