"Extremely disappointed with my experience here; I lived here for a year to withstand noisy neighbors throughout the night, the smell of marijuana on the halls, dirty stairs, junkies outside, management that doesn’t care nor hold tenants accountable, and to end things, not only will you have to Chase them to get your deposit back. They cut the deposit without an explanation; I highly encourage you to find somewhere else to live, as this place is run like a Ponzi scheme."

"My boyfriend and I toured all the apartment buildings (~6) in the greater area of South Bend, Mishawaka, and Granger, and liked this one the most. This building is unique as it has a luxury feel and is right downtown. The apartments has nicer touches you don't typically see in a rental, i.e. high ceilings, 8 foot doors, much better interior finishes, and really big kitchens for entertaining. It's the only one in South Bend with higher floors where you actually have a view. All apartments are floor 5 and above as the lower floors are parking and retail. There were also a bunch of art & culture perks like tickets to the symphony and sponsored box to the Morris Performing Art Center, etc. The building is brand new, which is a huge plus, and management seems to be obsessively improving the building based on tenant feedback. The one downside compared to the other apartment complexes was there aren't a lot of amenities but we didn't mind as much as we'll probably rarely use them and cared the most about the quality of the unit we live in and the location. The location is great, you can walk to a lot of restaurants on both sides of the river and the Commerce Center is next door with an eclectic hipster vibe. We were also pleasantly surprised by some other random tidbits about the building like energy efficiency and soundproofing, which made us feel like there was a lot of thought and high quality behind things we may not known to have asked about."

"Beautiful new construction apartments. It's a nice community, and everyone I've met has been really friendly. The location is pretty great too. Although it's pretty cold right now I still find myself walking to nearby restaurants and the park. My wife and I love it. There are issues as there are with any new construction, but the staff is very responsive to any maintenance issues. In response to a maintenance request they left a note saying "we just popped in to fix your issue" with a bag of popcorn. I thought that pretty awesome."

Despite the amazing view and location, what really drew me in from the very first day was the amazing staff that has been so caring, attentive, as well as very helpful with any questions or needs I have. This apartment really is a dream come true for me, and such an amazing place to live."

"Fantastic apartments! New construction with beautiful and thoughtful design. And the views are just... breathtaking. A new benchmark for the east-race village. I love the idea of living in a building with a grocery store right downstairs. On top of that, it's a five minute walk from everything downtown has to offer. Honestly, there's nothing quite like it in South Bend!"
