"Roads too the place have POT HOLES STREET and some in the lot. And dont WAIST UR 50 dollars application fee ITS also close too laurel wood . I had no felony NO evictions and was DENIED TOO live there. Pot holes on ROADS TOO PLACE ARE bad . Unless u WANT repair UR vehicles DONT come too this apartment complex .I an disabled and 63 on pension and never been late on rent . Always took CARE my PLACES ..well liked in this area too...this area is full of guyhaters also.."

"I lived there for 6 years and 2 months. It was nice at first, until we were bought out and turned from a retirement community to regular apartment complex. They brought in a new manager who, is still in ,the "BBIC" as far as I know. She is prejudice against vets, especially females. I was treated unfairly because I choose not to go crying to the office every time someone broke rules or was rude or ignorant. Had I been a crybaby like others were, I'd probably still be there Ms. Roberts is not an easy woman..she cursed me,more than once and was very rude on many occasions .more like bipolar Watch out for her if you rent from this place. They also try to pull slick stuff that not everyone knows like raising their rent in the middle of a lease. For just 1 example. The maintenance was excellent before Princeton boug ht them out and before the pandemic. I would NOT recommend this property"
