"Mediators are friendly and fair. Make sure u have a voice and u don't have to agree to anything u don't want to. There's no pressure."

"Tanya Reynolds of UPCAP has been judgemental of me and my mother since day one of being my blind crippled fathers case worker. She use to help with things like frozen pipes, cleaning ladies, and meals on wheels but has since stopped helping all together. UPCAP expects my 64 year old mother to do everything and they expect me to do what she can't but so.e things even I am incapable. Upcap was notified 2 and a half months ago that my parents had no running water or plumbing due to a busted hot water pipe, Tanya wiped her hands of it said it was beyond her capabilities to pay for and or find a plumber who would fix it. We are yet to have runnung water or plumbing and today my mother suffered a massive heart attack which I correlate to the living conditions and lack of any state help whatsoever and the heavy task of taking care of my father just about drove her into the ground. Way to go UPCAP. OTHERWORDS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL..... UPDATE: A month after this post was posted. Both of my parents had died.....thanks for being there UPCAP."
