"I have stayed here for more than 3 years and I must say this was one of the best stays I had in USA. Nothing can beat the friendly summer atmosphere where kids are playing outside and jolly neighbors, creating a family friendly community environment. Initially there were few hiccups, but the current management has been really helpful with any maintenance requests we had. Close to everything you need in this area, and pet and smoke free which is kind of heaven for people with allergies. I could get nice Indian community neighbors due to Whirlpool being the top employer in this area. Clean and well maintained apartment complex. There is a train track behind but it isn't a turnoff since the effect is minimal when windows are closed. Trash hopper emptying gets behind on some days but gets managed with a call to the office. Considering the overall experience, I must say this is one of the best apartment complex in town for safety, cleanliness, and connectivity."

"Fountainview apartments are the great place to live. They have great maintenance guy who is always willing to help. Apartments are nice and clean from inside, include laundry within each apartment."

"Not a bad place at all. Plenty of space at an affordable rate. Close to useful things such as a supermarket, gas stations, highway, schools and many other things. Gina has been responsive to request, neighbors are respectful. Only thing I dislike is that it's close to the train tracks so a train will wake me up from time to time but no fault of the property managers."

"This place has gone downhill. They lost the one good maintenance guy they had. Now it they don't like to fix anything. My apartment had 2" of water in it on a 10pm Friday night and no one showed up tell 11 the next day. Then just cleaned up the water with out fixing the problem. Then when I got home at ten on that Saturday night apartment filled with water again. No one showed up tell Sunday. I'm sure there will be a ton of mold in the carpet just like the windows have all the time. I bet they make me pay for it all. Really sad place to be."

"Fountainview Village Apartments is a wonderful place to live! I have done my share of moving in the past several years and this was hands down the best place I have lived. The apartments are very well maintained and the property is beautiful. Any issue i had was resolved almost immediately and to beyond my expectations. I would highly advise anyone who is looking for apartments near Saint Joseph, Michigan to live at Fountainview Village Apartments."
