"Worked with Andrew to buy a Kawasaki Z125 they had on sale. After talking through the out the door price there was a little discrepancy that he quickly and respectfully took care of. Being a first-time buyer of a new motorcycle I had a little sticker shock. Throughout the process everything was clearly explained to me I recommend babbits simply for their free oil changes for the life of the warranty!"
"They showed a part was in stock online. Knowing this was a hard to find item I called on Monday and asked if they could verify they did have the item in stock. The parts person I spoke with verified she went back and checked manually and had 6 on hand. She stated the part would ship Tuesday. Friday I receive an email my part is on back order with no eta on restock. I thought this was a mistake so I called the parts department. They stated the part was on back order and all they could offer me was my money back and a “sorry”. So not only was I told you had the parts in your hand when you didn’t, I was also told they would ship Tuesday when they apparently weren’t shipping until Friday. Either way I have a bike torn down now with no parts and have wasted a week waiting on parts that are never coming instead of continuing to search. Absolutely unbelievable a business would treat customers this way."
"I had cancelled my order directly after placing it due to finding the same part cheaper online. The staff had confirmed my cancellation but two to three days after I cancelled they shipped my order. A part of their bad policy says cancellations take up to 7 days to process and orders can be shipped in this time. I will take accountability in that I should have checked the policy, but I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule. If I cancel my order well before it ships I should be refunded my money. Anyways because I ordered decals they can’t accept returns on it and even if I could I’d have to pay a 25% restocking fee which doesn’t even make it worth it. Very annoying. Don’t recommend."
"Stephenie was awesome to deal with. She was extremely helpful and answered a ton of emails from me. She also assisted in finding the correct parts for my machine. Made the buying experience extremely easy! I also like that they did a fraud check on my orders as there were multiple for a substantial amount of money. I would highly recommend!"
