"From my own experience I have nothing good to say about this company. Mark is not a good landlord. He is rude, ignorant and made life so hard when he took over the Sidney apartments. Everyone is scrambling to get out of there currently so they don't have to sign a lease with him. I'd rather live in a box. He isn't kid friendly or people friendly. He name calls all his residents if you don't do his dirty work. He rips you off if you do choose to work for him and when you ask to be paid for the job done he threatens to hold your lease from you and makes you apologize to him. Something id never do! Everyone has their own opinions but my experience was crazy and I had been there five years. Never again. He is trying to buy out Sidney and rule the area. He loves excepting vouchers from the state so he can over charge them and get more money. Beware of this company you will be disappointed. You will not get your deposit back either! Maintenance is a joke as well they never get back to you! When he mows he blows rocks and grass all over your veichles. He doesn't know how to snowplow either he rips all the ground up and shoved it up to your house as well as he pushes all the snow right up to your door covering your side walk so you can't even get out your door! I had to get my family out of there asap"
